Dr Ben Sinclair needed a video to promote his new Men's Health business.

The video is to explain what Sinclair Health is for in order to recruit new clients and can be shown on the website, on Youtube, on Facebook and any other social media network.

It was a lot of fun filming this video and we got all the footage in about 3 hours!

The camera shake when I'm walking with it is one thing I'd change about the video. As soon as I can afford it I'm going to invest in a SteadiCam...
